Working Together
What if….. you could find a Therapist that could make a difference? One that could help you navigate your relationships ?
Our work begins with connection. Before any real progress can happen, we need to establish a strong, trusting relationship. This forms the foundation for the work ahead , which may be challenging, occasionally uncomfortable, and often empowering.

If you’re here, it likely means something in your life isn’t working as you’d like it to. Maybe you feel stuck. Maybe something needs to shift. That’s where we begin. I don’t believe in sitting back and talking in circles. Therapy with me is active, honest, and collaborative.
So much of what brings people to therapy, whether around sex, intimacy, identity, or relationships comes down to stories we’ve been told about who we should be. Stories that leave little room for pleasure, vulnerability, queerness, desire, boundaries, or even just not knowing what you want. My role is to help you unpack those stories and reconnect with what’s true for you.
While I am trained in evidence-based psychosexual and relational approaches, what I bring to this work is also deeply personal curiosity, insight, emotional attunement, and a commitment to creating a non-shaming space where you can speak freely even about things you’ve never shared before.
The Therapeutic Relationship
At the centre of our work is a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, honesty, and connection.
This relationship creates the safety needed to do deeper work, uncovering what’s really going on and building new ways of relating, thinking, and communicating.
Together, we’ll explore identity, family of origin, and how these influence your sense of self and your relationships today. You don’t need to have everything figured out.
What matters is a willingness to look honestly at what’s happening, and a curiosity to explore what might need to shift in your thinking, in your responses, and in how you show up in your life.
How We Work: the 3 stages
Our work follows a structure that supports reflection, growth, and practical change.
1
We start by understanding how you operate in the world. What do you like? What would you change and why?
This helps both of us get a clear picture of the patterns and beliefs you've learned and how they show up in your daily life.
2
WHERE YOU COME FROM
We then look at your family of origin and early influences.
How do they shape how you relate, communicate, and respond today?
This stage helps uncover the roots of current challenges.
3
WHAT YOU WANT TO CHANGE
Finally, we focus on what you want to work on.
Together, we begin to build confidence and create new ways of thinking, behaving, and relating – with yourself and with others.

A Conscious Step Forward
Choosing therapy is a decision to move forward. To shift what isn’t working.
To reconnect with what matters most.

Whether you’re looking for clarity, connection, or simply want to feel more like yourself again, I offer a focused, dynamic approach that supports real, lasting change.
