At the core of our journey together is the establishment of a trusting, rapport-filled therapeutic relationship, which I consider fundamental to successful therapy.

As a progressive therapist, my focus is on driving change. We will work together to transition from crisis to calm, engage in mature communication, and formulate a new agreement to nurture healthier, happier relationships.
Both individual and couples therapy sessions are offered, with the flexibility of in-person appointments as well as virtual sessions via FaceTime and Zoom.

As a member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) Acc and the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT) Reg, I strictly adhere to their Code of Ethics and practice guidelines, ensuring a professional and confidential therapeutic experience.
