Meet Lottie
The Relationship Specialist
I have spent years working with couples in the thick of conflict, disconnection, betrayal, longing, frustration and everything in between. This work asks more of you than simply sitting back and listening. It asks you to think relationally, stay present under pressure, and know how to move a couple forward when the room feels stuck, charged or unclear.
My approach is both experiential and directive. I help clients feel deeply heard, but I also help them see what is happening between them, understand the patterns they are caught in, and begin creating real, lasting change.
Through The Playbook, I will share the way I work with couples in practice. That means helping you think on your feet, understand the dynamics in the room, and develop practical tools and interventions you can actually use. This is not about sitting on the sidelines hoping something shifts. It is about learning how to hold the room with confidence, clarity and intention.
So you leave feeling more equipped, more grounded, and more confident in the work you do with couples.

Meet Fi :)
Business Coach
Working with couples is not just about what happens in the room. It is also about whether you feel confident enough to step into this area of work, position yourself clearly, and build it into your practice in a way that is sustainable.
I bring the business, mindset and visibility side of The Playbook, helping therapists not only grow in confidence with couples work, but also grow in confidence in how they communicate, market and integrate this speciality into their practice. I am also a qualified therapist, specialising in supporting women who have experienced domestic abuse, so I bring both therapeutic depth and practical business insight to this training.
My work is about helping you claim this part of your professional identity and communicate it clearly. We explore the inner and outer work that supports this, from mindset, self-concept and visibility blocks, through to your business identity, messaging, niche, copy and online presence.
I also bring practical coaching tools into the space, including breathwork, visualisation and mindset techniques to help you regulate, build self-trust, and step more fully into your role as a practitioner and leader.
And because Lottie and I are mother and daughter, there is a dynamic to the training that is both grounded and real, with depth, warmth, challenge and plenty of laughter along the way.
